After spending the evening with a group of girls who were at my home for a recipe group, I realized that I am behind the times technologically. When they left I decided to give this whole blogging thing a try. I have actually been enjoying blogging for a while now-just not my own.
After a day of baby talk it was nice to have some time to shoot the breeze with adults (even if all we did was talk about labor, pediatricians and nursing). It is a great feeling to know that I am not alone in the joys and hardships of motherhood. A magical things happens when I get a peek into the lives of others-I realize just how blessed I am to be doing exactly what I love. All I have ever wanted was to be a wife and mother, so I guess I've got it all.
